No website account is required
You do not need an account to browse the public website or save an itinerary locally in your browser. The public consultation pages do not ask you to enter your name, phone number, identity card or passport details. If you contact us through WhatsApp or WeChat, the information you provide is handled through those services under their respective privacy policies.
Itinerary saved locally in your browser
Your itinerary is saved locally in your browser; it is not sent before you actively open WhatsApp to contact an advisor.
WhatsApp handles enquiries. You can use your existing WhatsApp or WeChat to ask about or correct enquiry details; no new public email is provided by this notice.
Necessary details after quote confirmation
After a quote is confirmed, an advisor privately asks for participant names and IC/passport details, including infant details when needed for the participant list.
Only details required for headcount, participant lists and check-in are provided to the relevant boat or operator.
No advertising or bulk marketing
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to handle enquiries, bookings, operations and applicable legal obligations. WhatsApp, WeChat and relevant operators may also retain information under their own policies.
