Tours generally operate daily, but the advisor must reconfirm the date and availability with the operator. An advisor will reply as soon as possible. If confirmation is unavailable the same day, follow-up may continue the next day.
The five experiences are Pulau Beras Basah snorkelling, eagle watching, handline fishing, a Dayang Bunting visit and an island BBQ lunch. A snorkelling mask and disposable mouthpiece are confirmed inclusions; Dayang Bunting admission is paid separately on site.
Published reference prices are RM 150 per adult and RM 130 per child aged 4–11. Ages 0–3 are free but still count toward the group size. An advisor must confirm the date, availability and final quote.
Hotel transfers are not included. The Dayang Bunting entrance fee is paid separately on site, and the page does not publish an unconfirmed amount.
Check in at Jeti Pelancongan Pekan Rabu at 09:10 AM, depart at 09:30 AM and return to the jetty at about 02:30 PM. The time from check-in to return is approximately 5 hours 20 minutes.
The current reference itinerary lists about 40 minutes for Pulau Beras Basah snorkelling, 10 minutes for eagle watching and 45 minutes for handline fishing. Stop durations and itinerary order may change with weather, sea conditions and on-site arrangements.
Ages 0–3 are free but still count toward the group, ages 4–11 use the child reference price, and ages 12 and above use the adult reference price. Families should consider each child’s health, the weather, sea conditions and the demands of speedboat travel, snorkelling, fishing and island stops, and tell the advisor before booking.
- In general, the itinerary will go ahead even if it rains. - The operator may adjust the departure time, activity order or part of the itinerary based on the day’s weather, sea conditions and tides. - If the operator cancels for safety or operational reasons, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund, and we will assist. - If the itinerary operates normally and the traveller cancels voluntarily, the standard cancellation terms apply.
- Cancellation at least 72 hours before departure: you may cancel free of charge and receive a refund. - Last-minute cancellation: cancellations within 72 hours of departure, late arrival or no-show are non-refundable. - Reschedule request: please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling depends on availability on the new date and the operator’s arrangements; success cannot be guaranteed before confirmation. - Operator cancellation: if the operator cancels the itinerary, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund, and we will assist.
- Please arrive early at the designated meeting point according to the time shown on your confirmation. - Late arrival may mean that you cannot join part or all of the itinerary. - If a separate speedboat must be arranged to take you to the activity location, the cost must be paid by the traveller. - We cannot refund missed activities or reimburse additional costs resulting from late arrival.
- Age requirements vary by package. Guests should consider their health, mobility and the physical demands of the activity before joining. - Pregnant travellers, older travellers and guests with health concerns should tell our advisor before booking. - The operator will make the final arrangements based on the day’s weather, sea conditions and safety considerations.
- We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, sun protection, a change of clothes and a waterproof bag. - If you are prone to seasickness, consider bringing suitable medication and follow the product instructions or advice from a healthcare professional. - Life jackets and activity equipment included in the itinerary will be provided as described on the selected package page. - Where a meal is included, it will be halal. For packages without a meal, guests may bring their own food if needed.
