What do I get by choosing 4-in-1 or 5-in-1 instead of 3-in-1?

The 3-in-1 focuses on island visits and eagle watching. The 4-in-1 adds recreational handline fishing to the basic island trip.
Premium 5-in-1 includes snorkelling equipment, fishing, a guide and island BBQ lunch.
Transfers also differ: 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 include return transfers within Kuah Town; 5-in-1 excludes hotel transfers. Compare activities, food and transport costs as well as the package name.

Is pickup free from Cenang too, and what are the check-in and return times?

Free return transfers for 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 cover Kuah Town only, not the whole island. The 5-in-1 excludes hotel transfers. If you stay in Cenang, check your transport to the jetty separately.
Check in at Jeti Pelancongan Pekan Rabu at 9:10 AM for a 9:30 AM departure.
The 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 finish at 1:30 PM; 5-in-1 returns around 2:30 PM. Allow extra travel time for anything else booked that day.

Are Dayang Bunting admission and lunch included in my package price?

Dayang Bunting admission is not included in any of the three packages and is paid separately on site.
The 3-in-1 and 4-in-1 exclude lunch. The 5-in-1 includes a halal island BBQ lunch, with the menu and ingredients subject to daily availability. Budget for admission, food and transport before booking.

How should I report two adults and two children? Do free infants count?

Report the full group size and each child's age. Ages 0–3 travel free but must be counted; ages 4–11 use the selected package's child fare; ages 12 and above use the adult fare.
Tell the advisor about the children before booking so arrangements can take account of their circumstances, sea conditions and activity demands.

Could rain or rough seas change which islands or activities we visit?

Yes. Tours generally run in rain, but routes and activities may be adjusted for weather, sea conditions and tides.
If the operator cancels, rescheduling or a refund is available. If the trip runs and you choose not to attend, the cancellation policy applies. Do not assume the tour has been cancelled based on a forecast alone.

When must I cancel to avoid losing the tour fee?

Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund.
Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice, late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. Request a date change through WhatsApp or WeChat first, and wait for availability and operator arrangements to be confirmed.
