Current options range from private charters of about 1 hour to shared-boat, transfer or snorkelling combinations of about 2.5–6 hours. Kayaking and the night safari are generally about 4 hours; use the duration and meeting details shown for the selected package.
Swimming ability is not required, but participants need basic fitness and mobility. The current kayak packages provide life jackets and a licensed English-speaking nature guide; transfer, meal and timing details depend on the selected package.
No. Shared boats, private charters, kayaking and night-safari routes include different stops. Bat Cave, Crocodile Cave, eagle watching, Dangli snorkelling or any other stop is included only when it is explicitly listed for the selected package.
- In general, the itinerary will go ahead even if it rains. - The operator may adjust the departure time, activity order or part of the itinerary based on the day’s weather, sea conditions and tides. - If the operator cancels for safety or operational reasons, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund, and we will assist. - If the itinerary operates normally and the traveller cancels voluntarily, the standard cancellation terms apply.
- Cancellation at least 72 hours before departure: you may cancel free of charge and receive a refund. - Last-minute cancellation: cancellations within 72 hours of departure, late arrival or no-show are non-refundable. - Reschedule request: please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling depends on availability on the new date and the operator’s arrangements; success cannot be guaranteed before confirmation. - Operator cancellation: if the operator cancels the itinerary, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund, and we will assist.
- Please arrive early at the designated meeting point according to the time shown on your confirmation. - Late arrival may mean that you cannot join part or all of the itinerary. - If a separate speedboat must be arranged to take you to the activity location, the cost must be paid by the traveller. - We cannot refund missed activities or reimburse additional costs resulting from late arrival.
- Age requirements vary by package. Guests should consider their health, mobility and the physical demands of the activity before joining. - Pregnant travellers, older travellers and guests with health concerns should tell our advisor before booking. - The operator will make the final arrangements based on the day’s weather, sea conditions and safety considerations. - Swimming ability is not required for kayaking, but basic fitness and mobility are required.
- We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, sun protection, a change of clothes and a waterproof bag. - If you are prone to seasickness, consider bringing suitable medication and follow the product instructions or advice from a healthcare professional. - Life jackets and activity equipment included in the itinerary will be provided as described on the selected package page. - Where a meal is included, it will be halal. For packages without a meal, guests may bring their own food if needed.
