- In general, the itinerary will go ahead even if it rains. - The operator may adjust the departure time, activity order or part of the itinerary based on the day’s weather, sea conditions and tides. - If the operator cancels for safety or operational reasons, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund, and we will assist. - If the itinerary operates normally and the traveller cancels voluntarily, the applicable cancellation policy will apply.

- Cancellation at least 72 hours before departure: you may cancel free of charge and receive a refund. - Last-minute cancellation: cancellations within 72 hours of departure, late arrival or no-show are non-refundable. - Reschedule request: please contact us as early as possible.
